Wow, if you
heard a lot of praises for this lens, well, they are real. This is
another Nikon legend and a favorite among portrait photographers.
This one was provided for a test drive by fellow photographer and
good friend
Kenneth Sewell.
In our hands this lens feels like a brick of glass. It has a massive
77mm filter thread compared to 62mm on the 1.8 version; the lens also
sports a 1.4 apperture to work under low / dim light.
